My name is Xin May (pronounced as Sin-May, sin as in sinful) or you can call me Agner. 

 

I’m a grad student in Integrated Media Communication at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL). I earned my undergrad degree at UNL as well in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing major and a minor in Psychology.

My top 5 Clifton Strengths is Communication, Adaptability, Harmony, Consistency, and Connectedness

My favorite strength is Connectedness because I often find myself have the imaginations and ideas in the links between all things. Through that, I discovered my passion for digital marketing and advertising, including in art and design. My Adaptability assists me in paying attention to my environment and the ability to accept or handle unexpected discoveries and situations. Also, I utilize Communication, Harmony, and Consistency in the process. With the effective style of delivery (Communication), whether in the workplace, classroom, team, family, club, or social circle, I would be keenly aware of the need to treat people the same (Consistency) and seek areas for mutual agreement (Harmony).

Therefore, my aspiration is always to live creatively and fulfill people’s actual needs by combining media consumption while improving communication between people.
